Yosemite National Park Closes Due to Wind Danger

With high winds prevalent throughout Northern California on Monday night and Tuesday morning, Yosemite National Park has decided to close for the day due to concerns of the danger of the winds.

The popular national park saw downed trees, debris and damage to park facilities during the wind event. The park will stay closed throughout the day on January 19, and it remains unclear when it will reopen.
