The Tahoe Snowfall Totals Are In and They’re BIG

Snow fell early and often this week in the Tahoe region. As Snowmageddon continues to rage in the high-elevation areas of Northern California, an obvious recipient is the Tahoe ski resorts and they are all currently buried with multiple feet of snow.

The snow began on Monday and blasted the mountains with an atmospheric river on Wednesday. The past week have been an absolute snowglobe in Tahoe, with one resort reporting nearly 5 feet of snow in 6 days. The upcoming weeks are looking to possibly be the best skiing of the year.

Here are the snowfall totals for all the ski resorts in Tahoe:

Sugar Bowl

  • January 27 – 9″
